Note that there are considerable changes to interview styling for this release. We think the new styling is great, but if you are using the default interview styling for any of your interview controls (heading styles, back button etc) and really do want to retain the existing/old look-and-feel, you will need to manually change back to the old styling. Refer to the online documentation or reach out on this forum for assistance.

As usual, we encourage all OPM users to try out the new release early and let us know of any issues.

Hi Brad / Fiona,

Does the new feature 'Delayed load for OPA controls in Agent Desktop' require Service Cloud also to be on the Feb 2016 version?

We are using the latest OPA Feb 2016 and Service Cloud (November 2015), but I don't see 'Refresh when new record is saved' checkbox for OPA control in workspace. Can you please help me out?

Thanks,

Anuj

Hi Anuj,

Yes, you need to use the February 2016 release of Service Cloud to get the "Refresh When New Record is Saved" check-box (http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/service/feb16_service_wn.htm#_Toc442948531)

Regards,

Brad
