Future Dating in EDMCS

Hi Experts,
I am currently working on Implementing EDMCS. I have a query if any one of us can provide suggestions will be valuable
"If I add any value in EDMCS on 1 Jan 2022 and I want the same to be added to EPBCS viewpoint on 1 Jan 2022, but for Fusion GL can I defer it to 1 May 2022???"

Will the same be supported by the property set we have in GL as Start Date and End Date .??
