Fusion Setup / configuration for consuming third party webservice

Hi Team,
What all are the setup that needs to be done from Oracle Fusion while consuming the third party webservice(api), here in this case the third party application is OIC which will be exposing an API.
Setup needs to be done in Fusion for consuming the API, any configuration change that needs to take care for consuming this.
