Fusion Rel13, for a Customer Type of Person. The only place to enter Phone #, Email address, etc. seems to require that I create a Contact and then add the details to the Contact Points. When we try this it creates another Customer Type of Person for the same Person as a contact to themselves. That makes sense for Customer Type of Organization but not when my Customer is an individual. Any assistance of explanation would be greatly appreciated.
