functx:escape-for-regex() showing not found error in SOA 12c..

Hi All,

I am trying to remove special characters in input by using functx:escape-for-regex() function in SOA 12c.

But its showing as function not found error. Do we need to import any namespaces to use this function in SOA 12c?

Or do we have any alternate function which perform the same functionality.?
