Function to make text column with URLs clickable in a report

Hi!
I created a simple default app from a spreadsheet (csv). One of the columns has a URL in it. When I run the report that column just shows the url as text. I imagine it's an easy task to have a javascript function or some built in functionality making these url's clickable and to open the target in a new tab or window.
Any ideas?
