Function sequence error

Hi,
Im getting "Function sequence error" when we are fetching record from the DB on FetchNext command.

*** ODBC Error/Warning = S1010, TimesTen Error/Warning = 0
*** Unable to fetch row for statement: <select first 1 pttserverid from DG.subscriber_PTTServerMap where subscriberprefix in (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?) order by subscriberprefix desc>.

Please let me know what could be the reason here.
