FULL OUTER JOIN

I'm getting the following message when I attempt to do a full outter join.

Debug code deployment messages:
LINE 142 ,COLUMN 415:
PL/SQL: ORA-01705: an outer join cannot be specified on a correlation column
LINE 86 ,COLUMN 65530:
PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
