Full Export missing grants

Hi, I ran exp with full=yes. When I run imp in another (blank) database with full=yes, some of the grants do not get re-created, specifically some of the grants from sys (but not all -- most of them are re-created).

Using Oracle 9i.

Anyone heard of this happenning? I tried re-running imp a second time with full=yes rows=no to see if some of the DDL statements got skipped the first time, but the grants are still missing.

Any ideas?
