FTP - JCA Binding execute of Reference operation 'Put' failed Soa 11g

Hello,

I am using Soa 11g and getting below error while connecting on of the FTP server in our local network .

java.lang.Exception: oracle.sysman.emSDK.webservices.wsdlapi.SoapTestException: Exception occured when binding was invoked. Exception occured during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of Reference operation 'Put' failed due to: Unable to read response. Unable to read response. Unable to read response from host: Please make sure that the ftp server settings are correct and that the ftp server is up. ". The invoked JCA adapter raised a resource exception. Please examine the above error message carefully to determine a resolution.

I have already verified through FTP client(FileZila) and FTP server is up and running.
Can anyone help me out to find the actual cause of this? Do i need to change any property while creating JNDI?
here i am doing SFTP hence set the below property only.

host - host IP
password - Pwd
port - 22
username - host user
useSftp - true.

Do i need to add or change anything over here?
Please guide.
