FRS reports in Oracle PBCS

andrewjSep 17 2015 — edited Sep 21 2015

We're currently implementing Oracle PBCS (have Planning 9.3 on-premise just now) and have come across a few issues with FRS reports which I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered?

Firstly, FRS reports are not visible from the Reports 'button' in the Simplified Interface. Permissions are set for the reports in Workspace but even the report creator/sysadmins cannot see reports here. We can access/run reports ok in Smartview.

Does a setting/permission need to be applied anywhere to make them visible here?

Secondly, a couple of reports which I've imported in from on-premise app are not running due to 'number of entry cells exceeding the threshold' error. (Error threshold set at 250000)

Issue appears to be that it is displaying this error after querying the possible number of rows/cells and does not take suppression into account (suppression only applied once displaying report).

They run successfully in the on-premise app - if I use one as an example, it displays about 1300 rows after suppressing missing/zeros.

Oracle have advised cannot change the threshold limit in PBCS and have advised to modify the report - is this my only option or are there any other workarounds?

Thanks
