From WebObjects to J2EE

Hi,

I am a WebObjects developer and I am interested in the J2EE
technologies.

I would like to find some kind of J2EE guide for people coming
from the world of Apple's Enterprise Object Framework (EOF) and
WebObjects.

How do you do those things in the world of Java?

Where can I find a step-by-step introduction course?
