From Oracle Spatial to ArcView (shape)

Hi,

I4ve got an interresting problem.

I have a standalone application that only works with shape files
(.shp ArcView). I am going to use shp2sdo.exe to convert
from .shp to oracle spatial (this I know how to do!).
Once or twice a year (maybe more) i need to ectract data from
Oracle spatial into my standalone application...my standalone
application only operates with shape files, hence i need to
convert from oracle spatial to .shp.

Are there someone who know how to do this?
