From BIGFILE to SMALLFILE

Hi,
I have a question...

I have a tablespace bigfile TEST on ASM of 80gb
My db_block_size is 16kb

I would want restore TEST on filesystem, is it possible???
how can I convert or split a bigfile in a smallfile?
