frm92101:invalid configuration frmweb cannot execute

hi
i have installed oracle database 10g,and oracle http server from 10g companion cd and 10g developer suite on fedora core linux 6.
installation was jus perfect without any errors.
but when i want to run any form even test form there this error pops up
frm-92101:there was a failure in server startup.when i click the details
it says frmweb cannot execute.it can be due to invalid configuration. but it seems i havent changed any configuration as such. can u plz guide me regarding this.
i have alread browsed net about this error but to no avail.
