FRm-99999 FRM-99999: Error 408 Occurred. see the release notes..

Hi there,

We are getting the error " FRM-99999: Error 408 Occurred. see the release notes file (relnotes) for information about this error. " when one of the buttons is clicked on the form. Oracle version is 9i. I looked at metalink and it says, this bug is for Oracle 8.

Does anybody know why this occurs?
