FRM-92160: Fatal error: web client version is too old

Hi Experts,

I have installed oracle Application Server - Forms and Reports 11g R1 (11.1.1.2) and patched with 11g R1 (11.1.1.4). After all the configuration and every thing i had put the forms URL [http://test.sample.com:8090/forms/frmservlet?config=test] in web browser and it thrown an error.

FRM-92160: Fatal error: web client version is too old

What could be the reason and provide me the solution.
