after upgrading jdk version from 1.4.2.06 to 1.6.0_17 and when try to run the system an error appears "Frm-92160"

i found threads talking about the issue , and applied the steps given by :
clearing the cash files, and by updating the ajr files by adding comments to them , but the problem still appears
