FRM-92104 A network error or server failure has occured
946797Aug 15 2012 — edited Aug 16 2012Thanks to Michale Farrante's big help I think I have succesfully installed forms&reports.But now when I try to run my app I get this error.Any suggestion ?
-- After installation I haven't made any configuraiton on forms builder.Could it be the reason ? if so , How will I configure it ?
-- I installed with option " development ".At last step, I couldn't see any WLS_FORMS,which really made me anxious. Could it be reason ? if so , how to handle with this ?
-- While running, I used ie8, Also a warning which implies not using JRE 1.6.0_12 ( but I se 1.7 ) could it be reason ? if yes, How can I downgrade my JRE ?

PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED.
MOST PROBABLE SOLUTION :: I was not able to log in weblogic administration console. After changing default language in control panel ( clock,LAnguage,REgion )
And restarting computer,, Now I am able to log in correctly.And no more error is given when I try to run my form on internet explorer 8.
