FRM-92103 A network error or server failure has occurred (Oracle Forms 12c)

dear all

i am facing FRM-92103 A network error or server failure has occurred last 10 days on clint side . i am using Oracle Forms [64 Bit] Version 12.2.1.4.0 with web logic 12.2.1.4.0 .on clint side error show after 5 to 10 min & application closed my server networking / ping are ok .i m using java 8 with update 91. no issue on server side application run on server with out any issue
