FRM-92102 error with Norton Internet Security 2006

Just recently upgraded clients from NIS 2005 to NIS 2006 and they are getting the following error, but only sometimes (can't seem to trace it -- random)...

FRM-92102: A network error has occured. The Forms Client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the server 5 time(s) without success. Please check the network connection and try again later.

Any idea how I can fix this issue? I've got verbose logs enabled in NIS06 and there is no entry for the errors, only successful connections. The users who have NIS05 have no issue.
