FRM-92102: A Network Error

I am getting an intermittent error in Oracle 10g AS. There are some users who get the following error through the course of the day:
FRM-92102: A network error has occured. The Forms Client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the Server 30 time(s) without success. Please check the network connection and try again later.
When the user gets this error, he can close out the browser and connect again immediately. I have done the following so far:
1. Check all the network cables connecting to the server and workstations.
2. Connect the server directly to switch, on a different port.
3. Ran a diagnostic on the Network Cards on the servers.
4. Updated the maintenance level on the AIX server from 5.3-002 to 5.3-003
As a result, I am still getting this error. Can you please recommend a solution to rectify this problem.
