FRM-92091 unexpected fatal error in client side java code in Forms 11gR2

I am using forms 11gR2 with weblogic server. I have deployed 5 forms.

My master and Entry forms are creating this problem : FRM-92091 unexpected fatal error in client-side java code.(while clicking the button in menu form, i am facing this error not able to launch these 2 forms)

Rest all other other forms are working perfectly.(query form and bi publisher report access form).

This problem occurs only in production environment. Dev and QA is working fine.

The problematic form has block trigger and item level trigger and has no java code reference. Also Has master detail table,popup and hide and show buttons.

I am expecting some results which can solve the problem permanently or workaround. this is very urgent.

Forms: 11.1.2

OS: windows 7

Java: jdk 1.6.0_29+

server: weblogic 10.3.6
