FRM-92091 - Java Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: index is greater than the number of

Hi,

I am receiving the following error in our production environment "FRM-92091 - Java Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: index is greater than the number of elements" after a long query execution (~2.5 minutes).

What is strange is that the error pops up only in our production environment, even if it is almost the same from configuration / data point of view with other systems like DEV, TEST, PREPROD.

We are using Oracle Forms 11.1.3.0, Weblogic and Oracle DB 12.2.0.1.0.

I cannot find anything in our logs so any suggestions are welcome!
