FRM-92060 Failed to connect to server

Hello,

I'm trying to run a form thru the 9i Builder.
I've started OC4J.

The following URLs render fine.
http://<hostname>:<port>
http://<hostname>:<port>/forms90/l90servlet
http://<hostname>:<port>/forms90/f90servlet/admin

But this URL
http://<hostname>:<port>/forms90/f90servlet?form=test
returns the following error:
FRM-92060: Failed to connect to Server.
Bad machine specification: /forms90/l90servlet:-1

Any ideas???
