FRM-92050 error when trying to get access to a database

Hi, i just bought a new Apple MacBook and i tried to access a database today. I get the following error: "FRM-92050 Failed to connect to server" (in Dutch). It connects to blueone.ortec.com. I need to view the dayabase on a daily bases. It does load the different screens with the oracle in the background and then just gives the error code. I hope someone can help me out with this!
