FRM-41800 : LIST OF VALUE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS FIELD.

Hello everybody!

I am generating forms with Designer....

my forms worked well until I don't know what I have changed,
perhaps in the preferences , no if I generate any of my modules
the lovs associated with items does not work :
when clicking on f9 , I have the message :
FRM-41800 : LIST OF VALUE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS FIELD.
I have thei message for all forms in the same repository....

but I don't change anytihig to theses modules.....

Any idea please ????
