FRM-41331: Could not delete element from %s.

iHello all,
I m facing problem in multiple selection.
i am creating a new form.in which i have created two list,list 1 and lixtb(both are t-list).
when i pressed the button(functionality is to move from List A toB) one element in list A, moved to list B.
but before that it gives me an error "41331:Couldn't delete the element in the list"
so item in a coudnt be removed.
can you please help me in solving this..
