Frm-41331:could not delete element from ?

Hi,
I am using form 6i, in my form i have nearly 30 poplist item. When a list item changed i want to clear all the rest of poplist item and regenerate with new set of where clause.

How can i achieve this. When i try to clear all poplist using Clear_list i am receiving the following error.

Frm-41331: count not delete element from x?
Frm-41331: count not delete element from y?
Frm-41331: count not delete element from z?
etc
