FRM: 41213 unable to connect to report server

hi expert,

when i try to click the button i received this error... FRM:41213 unable to connect to report server and then another browser opened and displaying...oracle reports : error REP-51002 : bind to reports server myserver failed.

before i received this error i just create a form and reports running only OC4J instance. and then, add code to a button.

i think i miss another instance to run or configure. please i need your help....please give the step by step procedure how to fix this..
