FRM-41068: Error in Set_Menu_Item_Property in 12c

Hi,

We are trying to upgrade from 11g to 12c and experiencing the FRM-41068 error. Note: we do not have this problem in 11g only showing up in 12c.

Followed the Oracle document Doc ID 1932257.1 but it is still not working.

Any suggestions on resolving this ?
