FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID (what's the ID?)

Hi!
When Forms run:

go_item('<block_name>.<item_name>');

and there's no such item in that block the error FRM-41045 appears. Is there any way to find out this "invalid ID"?
That information whould be very helpful in finding block of code resulting in this error.
