frm-41039 Invalid alert ID-0

Hi,
I am getting this error message 'frm-41039 Invalid alert ID-0' in my form. I checked all calls to find_alert() and show_alert() routines and they referring to valid alerts (double checked the spellings!) defined in the form. Any clue to whats happening is appreciated.
