FRM-41009 error press ctrl+k for list of values

Hi,
My form contains 2 blocks.After entering a value in the first block field 'shipmentid' ,the execute button is pressed to display the relevant record in the first and second blocks.But I receive an error message:frm 41009 function key not allowed/Press ctrl - k for list of keys.

.. after i click on continue or cancel buttons on the error message window.The record is displayed.How can I get rid of this message ,I tried error_code=41009 then NULL . as well.

Why does this error occur?Can anybody guide?
