FRM-40922: An OLE error occurred: 0x8004154

I was uploading data from oracle 10g database using forms 6i into SAP 620 but i encountered this message FRM-40922: An Ole error occurred: 0x8004154. Just wonder because i didnt encountered this message when im uploading into SAP 43D. Is there anything i need to do in my forms? please help me.. thanks so much.
