frm-40815: variable does not exist

hi am in oracle 11gR2 when i run my forms am geting this error

frm-40815: variable GLOBAL.ILS_MENU_HEAD does not exit

i search in the following trigger

when-new-form-instance

pre-form

post-form

there is no such item the error popup when the form is about to load

i even search the variable am not able to see it hwta could be the problem the form was upgraded to 11g from 6i
