We have a custom form which was working fine since last 2 years without any issue in production. All of a sudden it started giving error on each click as shown on the below screenshot. this has started after the APR24CPU Patch was applied in the production instance. We are clueless of what could be the reason for this error. Oracle SR is also not supported as this is a custom form.
All sales orders have this issue. the zoom form at Actions -> line Acceptance details is giving this error as shown below
