Hi Team,

Facing an issue in Oracle EBS (Inventory – Master Item form) while assigning an item.

Error:

FRM-40735 (WHEN-CREATE-RECORD / ZOOM) – ORA-06502
ORA-01403: no data found
"Org Attributes" button disabled

Item assignment works for some organizations but fails for a few others.
