FRM-40735 Pre-logon trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508

Hi all,

I've been assigned to revise a hospital system which was made by some other company(they didn't leave the .fmb files). I'm using forms 6i. When I was trying to study the current system, by running existing form(with a library attached on it)on test machine(the database has been moved from production to test machine), this error came out : FRM-40735 Pre-logon trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508. I've tried the following workaround on this case :
1. The library was opened by form builder, re-compiled, and saved.
2. The directory where the library resides has been included in FORMS60_PATH.
But still, didn't work.
Unfortunately, the .fmb files isn't available, so I couldn't reattached the library and recompile the form. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
