FRM-40735: KEY-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception VALUE_ERROR

Hi All,
I'll gretly appreciate if yomeone could help fix this problem or giving a tipp to fix it.
I Have an application running on a DOS-basis with oracle throwing this exception.
So when I set the System date back to 31.10.2005 or earlier it works fine.
Any clue ?
