frm-40734 When trying to use WIN_API_UTILITY.COPY_FILE

Hi All,

I'm trying to copy some file from a path to another path using WIN_API_UTILITY.COPY_FILE('old_path','new_path',true);

but this gives me this error: Internal Error: PL/SQL error occured 40734

I've reviewed the tow paths and they are correct!!

Why? and How to solve plz?

Note: I'm using Forms 6i, Database 11g R2
