FRM-40403: A calling form has unapplied changes. Save not allowed

Hi Ora guru,

When i going to call a form from call_form in execute mode and do insert a calling form then it will throw the message "FRM-40403: A calling form has unapplied changes. Save not allowed"
bt I can call the form n do insert as soon as form load in web

Plz suggest me wht to do.
