FRM-40375 XXXX trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04067

My server is HP IA64,when I run the Application (forms),I can't use defined type in package/procedure,etc.
For example ,I define a type like "XXXXXX in %rowtype",when some code send this parameter,the error : "FRM-40375 XXXX trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04067" will occur.
My AS is 10201,please tell me why?Thanks!!!!
