FRM-40200:Field is protected against update in Enter & Maintanence Screen

Hi All,

Iam not able to create or update any record in the People --> Enter & Maintanence Screen in HRMS Application.

I checked the profile option and ran a concurrent called " Security List Maintenance (Obsolete) " .

Still its giving the same error. Please give me a solution for this problem.
