FRM-40110 At first block problem

I had a customized form embedded in the Oracle Apps 11i. My problem is that everytime I close the form by click the 'x' in the upper right, it wont close the form and prompt message 'FRM-40110 At first block.'.
Although I can close the form using the File=>Close Form or pressing F4.

Hoping for you help on this.
