FRM-40010 Cannot Read Form

I am new to Oracle 9iAS, I am not even sure which directory to place my forms to run.
I have newly installed 9iAS and forms 9i. The services are running but when I request a form to run on the Browser, It shows "9iAS followed by Applet Started" then comes up with "FRM-40010 cannot read form xxxx.fmx".
Running the sample test.fmx file does the same.

Please help to show me what to do so my form xxxx.fmx will be executed (no spaces in the module name)
