FRM-32083: Value length is too long for maximum length of item?

Hi there,

I have a minor problem with compiling a form in Forms 6i. I have upgraded this form from 4.5-6i, and have successfully reattached the libraries, but when I compile the form I get:

FRM-32083: Value length is too long for maximum length of item.
Record Group COMS_QUAL_REC
Column Descriptor COMS_CODE
Form: PAOFBFUP
FRM-30085: Unable to adjust form for output.

In the properties of this item I have set the Maximum Length and Query Length to the appropriate value. The text box on the canvas is long enough to hold the value too. What else could cause this error?
