FRM-18125: Could not find web browser

Please help, I have just installed Forms and Report [64 Bit] Version 12.2.1.2.0 (Production). When I tried to run an existing form, I get the above error message. I understand I have to default to Internet Explorer but can't find where to. However I am able to run the following for the test form

http://hostname:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=webstart

http://hostname:7777/forms/frmservlet?config=webstart

I have looked at the preferences and there is no entry for default web browser unlike 11g. I have also checked formsweb.cfg and can't find where to set the default browser.

I am running this on Windows 7 64bit

Your help will be appreciated.
