FRM-18125: Could not find the web browser

Hi gurus,
My initial install of ODS Forms on Linux appears to be successful. I can create forms with f90desm.sh
and I can run them with runform.htm or launch with http://frodo.athlone.com:8889/forms90/f90servlet?form=formname

My question is why can I not launch the form thru runform from f90desm?

I checked ora_dev users preferences in prefs.ora
and the
Forms.html = "http://frodo.athlone.com:8889/forms90/f90servlet"
is the same setting I can use when launching from my browser.

Is there another way of telling runform what browser to use and how to launch a Form?

Is it even possible or am I just banging my head on a de-supported feature?
