FRM-10221 FRM-41810 for Forms10g using 10g Application Server

I am currentely migrating client server forms6i to 10g.Current environment is Oracle10g database & Oracle10g Application Server on one server. Running the forms from browser i am getting the following error message after logging in to the initial login form screen.

FRM-10221 Cannot read file mainmenu
FRM-41810 Error Creating menu

I checked all the paths, etc.. I gave correct & full path in the forms property also.
